AT LEVEL 3 WE’RE OPEN FOR EVERYBODY; it’s Sanitise, Sanitise, then Sanitise again!

Whether you need a service, repair, parts or a WOF, everything is contactless and by appointment only, so step 1 is to get in touch.

When dropping off your vehicle you will be greeted by a valet, at an appropriate distance, who will instruct you where to park and how to ensure your safety.

Your vehicle will be worked on and returned to you using strict sanitising and safety procedures set out by Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand.

Dropping Off and Picking Up Your Vehicle

Dropping off your vehicle

When dropping off your vehicle you will be greeted by a valet who will instruct you where to park and what to do to ensure the safety of you and our staff.

Scheduled drop off and pick up times

We may need to discuss with you a specific time to drop off and pick up your vehicle. This is for your safety, to ensure we don’t have too many people waiting on the dealership at one time.

Just bring the vehicle key only please

We ask that you remove your vehicle key from the rest of the keys on your key ring. (And alarm fob if you have one)

Picking Up Your Vehicle

Before your vehicle is presented to you, it will be thoroughly sanitised using strict protocols set out by Mitsubishi New Zealand.

Loan vehicles unavailable

Regrettably, at this point we are unable to offer loan vehicles while your vehicle is in our workshop.

Drop Off / Pick Up Service

For vulnerable people and people over 60 years of age, we can offer you the service of having your vehicle picked up and dropped off. Please call to discuss this as it is limited to certain days and times.


We are currently offering two ways to pay:

  1. Credit or Debit Card details can be taken over the phone
  2. A sanitised and isolated Eftpos unit can be provided onsite and gloves can be provided on request.


Ordering Parts

The Part Counter within Reception will also be closed to the public.

To order parts please either call (07) 577 9577, email parts@baycitymitsubishi.co.nz, or use our Online Parts Order Form.

You will be contacted when your parts are ready to be picked up, and they will be sanitised and left in an isolated area for you to safely pick up.
