Service Advisor

With the ongoing success of the Mitsubishi brand, our sales and service departments are booming and we’re looking to add another Service Advisor to our core team.

You’ll be part of a large team including 2 other Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and 11 technicians with 193 years of Combined Mechanical Experience. So there’s always someone who can answer your questions.

Your duties will include:

Answering phones and emails
Taking bookings, scheduling and monitoring of jobs
Completing estimates and invoices
Filing and Administration tasks
Liaising with automotive technicians
Parking customer’s vehicles
Working hours of Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm

You’ll need to be:

Well organised with great time management skills
Highly competent with computers and administration tasks
Self-motivation with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
Well-presented and cool under pressure
Polite and effective with phone and email communications
A licensed driver in NZ
Experienced in an automotive Parts or Service role, or at least have some mechanical knowledge and a burning desire to learn
