About Us:
We’re the top Mitsubishi dealership in New Zealand, 2 years in a row.
Based in central city Tauranga, we sell, service and repair new and used Mitsubishi vehicles, as well as other brands.
And we do it very well.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including resource coordination and workload allocation.
- Lead the workshop team of 9 technicians and apprentices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Have clear and effective communication with technicians and frontline staff
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance and promote a culture of safety within the team
- Achieve management and manufacturer-set targets
- Train and mentor team members for overall growth
- Assist or complete mechanical tasks including WOFs when required
- Assist the Parts and Service counter team when required
- Work closely with the Service Manager to identify improvements and training requirements.

- Mitsubishi servicing experience
- Exceptional time management abilities
- A team player with strong motivational skills
- Initiative-driven and forward-thinking approach
- Conflict resolution and management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Quick learner with adeptness at implementing changes
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience with vehicles
