Camp Quality brings fun, hope and happiness

Camp Quality brings fun, hope and happiness into the lives of children living with cancer – inspiring them to get on with being kids again.

Bay City customer and Triton owner Ron Woolerton, from Bob’s Gas, holds the position of Chairman within the volunteer organision.

Ron says “Seeing the excitement in the kids leading up to the camps, and return so energised, is hugely rewarding.”

Ron answered our call for charity recommendations, and we’re honoured to be able to support in a small way with our $500 Community Support Donation for February.

Camp Quality held its first camp in Auckland in 1985 – attended by 22 children from throughout the country. Since then Camp Quality has grown to provide camps and recreational activities in five regions catering for over 300 children. Today Camp Quality remains committed to making a positive difference for children (aged 5-16 years) living with cancer.
